The grid has 24 keys: 12 major and 12 minor. Not half a grid, not just the keys most songs use — the complete chromatic scale, on every pad.
Turn on a minor-key pad and the grid relabels itself: C becomes Cm. What is on screen is what will sound, with no mental translation in the middle of worship.
This applies to the free pad too. What PRO unlocks is the whole library — not the keys.
