Pads Ambiente is a product of Crescimento do Reino Software e Tecnologia LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 65.301.296/0001-26, with its seat at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conj. 1713 — Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05424-150, Brazil — https://crescimentodoreino.com.br. It is the controller of the data processed by the app and by this site.
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Pads Ambiente runs on data minimisation: we collect the minimum the app needs to work, and nothing beyond that.
We do not require your email, phone number or name to use the app. Access is anonymous by default.
1. What we never do
Before what we collect, what does not exist here:
- We show no ads. There is no ad network in the app, in any version — not even the free one. This is not a stage on the way to monetising: it is a commitment.
- We do not use the device advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA).
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. What the app collects
- Anonymous identifier — generated by Firebase on first launch, to store favourites and preferences and tie the subscription to the device. It is not derived from your name or email.
- Subscription status — purchase receipts validated by RevenueCat, to know whether PRO access is active.
- Automatic crash reports — through Firebase Crashlytics: device model, system version and the point in the code where the failure happened. Used only to fix defects.
If you link an account (optional)
The app works with no sign-up. If you choose to link a Google account — which exists to carry your subscription to another device — we then receive that account’s name, email address and profile picture. That is the only path by which this data reaches us, and linking is always your choice.
If you allow notifications (optional)
When you allow notifications, the device receives a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, which identifies the installation so we can deliver news about new pads and features. It can be turned off at any time in the system or app settings.
3. What the website collects
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are found and used — how many people visit, from which countries, through which searches, and which pages they read.
- Purpose: measure the site’s performance and guide which content to produce.
- What is collected: pages visited, referral source, language, device type and a browser identifier. We collect no name, email or phone number on the site.
- Cookies: Analytics writes cookies in your browser. They are only enabled after your consent — if you decline, browsing continues normally and no identifiable measurement takes place.
- How to decline or change your mind: use the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or clear the site data in your browser.
- Server logs: the hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) keeps technical access records, including IP address, for its own retention period. They serve security and diagnostics, not profiling.
Links to the app stores carry campaign parameters (UTM) telling us the install came from this site. Those parameters do not identify you.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract — anonymous identifier, subscription status and linked account: without them the app cannot deliver what you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest — crash reports and server logs, to keep the service running and secure.
- Consent — measurement cookies on the site and notifications in the app. Both can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting your use.
5. Third-party services
- Firebase (Google) — database, authentication, crash reporting (Crashlytics) and notifications (Cloud Messaging).
- RevenueCat — manages your subscription status with the app stores.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage and delivery of the audio files.
- Google Play / App Store — process subscription payments. We have no access to your card details.
These services run on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. The international transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by each provider.
6. Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)
You have the right to request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Uninstalling the app destroys local access and breaks the link with the device immediately. For full removal of server records, email us your Support ID (available under My Account, inside the app). We reply within 15 days.
