Sound keeps going with the screen locked
Lock the phone without worrying: the pad does not stop.
The app is built to survive the system. With a pad playing, you can lock the screen, switch apps or pocket the phone — the sound continues.
Controlling without unlocking
Play and pause controls appear in the notification and on the lock screen, so you can pause without unlocking anything.
If the sound stops on your device
It is almost always manufacturer battery optimisation shutting the app down in the background. Xiaomi, Samsung and Motorola are the most common cases. The fix:
- Open system settings and look for Battery or Background apps.
- Find Pads Ambiente.
- Set it to Unrestricted or Allow background activity.
Closing it on purpose
Swiping the app out of the recents list ends it — notification included. That is intentional: it guarantees nothing keeps running out of sight.
